2024 brings many challenges for small businesses such as Delmora®. One of the most important ones is the increasing inflation affecting people's spending capacity. However, we remain confident in our growth plans and the capability of the British economy to recover. Customers have also been considerate of small businesses with many preferring to buy from us instead of going to the big boys.
This year, our events will focus on pop-ups and art exhibitions around London and the Kent area. We will continue selling online through our website and channels like Amazon and Etsy. The idea of exploring other markets, such as the US is something that we will dig into this year.
In terms of materials, we will increase the offer of 18ct Gold pieces and will continue working with our Colombian suppliers to bring the most beautiful, certified emeralds. In terms of design, we will continue with our technology implementation plan, and incorporate 3D design to create the most original and unique jewellery for you, our lovely customers.
